Practitioners first, platform builders second
Over 20 years in asset management, spanning both business and technology. Richard spent four years as Head of Distribution Systems at Henderson Global Investors, leading change programmes across Distribution, Finance, and Client Reporting. Before Henderson, he held Performance and Risk roles at Invesco, GAM, Gartmore, and two specialist software firms (BI-SAM Technologies and Performa) giving him a rare view of the problem from both sides of the table.
Mark started his career in offshore custody and fund management before graduating into the tech crash of 2002 — which meant picking up genuine front-to-back experience across asset management. He's since spent the majority of his career delivering Front Office, Distribution, Finance, and post-M&A integration programmes as both a project manager and business analyst.
A qualified accountant who moved into asset management and spent six years at Janus Henderson, where he was responsible for group AUM and Revenue reporting. Since then he's led change projects spanning AUM and Flow development, finance platform buildouts, and Product Master implementations.
